An overview of EPAL's goals and the solutions we brought to the table.
EPAL's main platform is LinkedIn and they felt like their online presence was lacking. They wanted to be seen more.
One of the goals was to have a consistent online presence so that EPAL's audience doesn't lose sight of their work and offers.
Having just started a new LinkedIn account from scratch, it was crucial to gather up the numbers so that EPAL looked trustworthy in the eyes of the LinkedIn audience.
EPAL's look was outdated and needed a soft re-brand to make it feel friendly yet professional and modern.
Our achievements within the retainer -->
She / her. Kayleigh is part of the online marketing guild and has a passion for social media and email marketing. She is the proud owner of our cheeky office pooch, Snoopy. Kayleigh’s fave things to do are visiting photography exhibitions, listening to psychology podcasts and cooking, (sometimes burning), yummy Thai food. She is a keen traveller and has a bucket list to visit as many countries as possible. Over the years she has learnt to embrace her own unique set of introverted superpowers.
She / her; red / blue. Mel is a writer, editor and designer. Equally happy hiking a muddy trail as playing tabletop roleplay games by candlelight. Will seize any opportunity for a party, as long as said party features copious food, prosecco and hits from the 1980s. Her true passion lies in words. A student of literature, she is fascinated by enduring myths, etymology and science fiction. Kurt Vonnegut is her hero. “We are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you different.”
She / her. Iulia is Rusty Monkey’s animation, illustration and 3D expert. Responsible for making everything beautiful, she also dabbles in graphic design and UX design. Among her credits is an animated music video for local parody heavy metal band Evil Scarecrow. A talented artist, she showcases her work on her Instagram channel. She usually spends most of her time in some random corner of the house with a drawing tablet and a pen, scribbling away. Cat obsessed. Professional house plant killer. Autumn lover. Maker of things.
She / her; green / blue. Zoe is a designer, daydreamer and self-anointed snack queen. Once described as “so awkward she’s charming” by a friend, there isn’t a day that goes by without her accidentally slipping in an innuendo. In winter, she hibernates in a blanket of books and netflix, but by late spring emerges with her trusty birkenstocks, ready to go on photography adventures and socialise with the neighbourhood cats. If she were a pokemon she would without a doubt be Pikachu, but a buzzfeed quiz has determined her to be a Magikarp. She’s a firm believer that buzzfeed quizzes cannot be trusted, under any circumstances.

We had several goals:
A more consistent approach to LinkedIn marketing
Increased brand presence on LinkedIn
A scheme of targeted advertising to attract new followers
A fresh look for the brand on LinkedIn
We developed a content plan to ensure, regular, consistent posting to our new LinkedIn audience.
We set EPAL UK & Ireland up as a recognisable company page, with the ability to run targeted advertising campaigns.
We developed a range of advertising assets, including animations and individual infographics to form part of a tailored advertising strategy.
Worked with our designers to incorporate the existing EPAL brand into a fresh, eye-catching brand style for LinkedIn.
Our marketing team, supported by our designers.
It's been such a delight to see the various expertise within our organisation come together to make EPAL Pallets the best they could be with their online presence. From marketing to graphic design and animation, we saw great success come from the work that we put in which made us (and EPAL!) very happy.
In the given timeline, we not only met but exceeded targets. We had an average high of 6822 impressions, 379 clicks, 16% engagement rate and 56 followers per month.
We also had the success of engaging with relevant industries to EPAL such as construction, transportation logistics, supply chain and storage and machinery manufacturing.
Some of the companies that engaged with the content we developed: Amazon, Asda, Royal Mail, GXO.
