Extra tools & tips!
In addition to making sure your artboard size is correct for the platform you're posting to, you also want to make sure they are all in a RBG colourspace, at 72dpi (this applies to all online posts).
If your post is just an image and doesn't include text, there is also a vast amount of online resizing tools that will resize your post to specific platforms requirements. But make sure you double check that they don't crop out anything important!
If your post does have text or you want more control over how each post will look -we've created a Figma board with all of the social media dimensions pre-loaded on which should stop you from having to google dimensions every time!
Keeping up-to-date
Social media platforms like to keep us on our toes by regularly updating their design specifications! So if you find these dimensions are not quite right at the time you are using them, please let us know so we can update this blog! (We’re also going to keep an eye out for any updates).
